The man, identified as Roshan Kumar from Rohtas district, had developed a relationship with a girl from Sukharwa village in Kaimur while visiting his sister there. Over time, the two fell in love and continued meeting each other secretly.
On the night of Holi, Roshan went to meet his girlfriend in a field outside the village. The girl’s family members caught them together and reportedly beat both of them. The villagers later took the couple to the Mohania police station.
After long discussions, both families agreed to the marriage. The lover beaten and married after Holi visit incident ended with the couple getting married at a temple inside the police station. Police officers and family members witnessed the ceremony and wished them a happy married life.
