The Magadh-Shahabad Bihar elections are heating up. Both the Grand Alliance and the NDA are preparing early to win this key region. The Grand Alliance—RJD, CPI(ML), and Congress—did well here in 2020, winning 46 seats out of 110. The NDA managed only 23 and now wants to make a comeback.
The Grand Alliance is working hard in Magadh and Shahabad. CPI(ML) is visiting every home, while RJD and Congress are holding regional meetings to show unity. The NDA, on the other hand, is trying to rebuild its strength. It is relying on leaders like Pawan Singh to connect with voters and keep its base united.
This region is also important for Lok Sabha polls. Out of 44 Lok Sabha constituencies in Magadh and Shahabad, 26 went to the Grand Alliance and 18 to the NDA. The Magadh-Shahabad Bihar elections are set for a close fight again as both alliances want to rule this strong political belt.
