Amaravati: Andhra Pradesh Minister *Lokesh* announced plans to establish *model libraries in all 175 assembly constituencies* and district libraries in all 26 districts, aiming to provide citizens with world-class educational resources. The initiative includes the construction of an international-standard library in Amaravati with a *budget of ₹150 crore, expected to be completed within **24 months*.
Minister Lokesh stated that the libraries will house books and materials related to *competitive exams, making them accessible to students and aspirants across the state. Additionally, a dedicated **library app* will be launched within *100 days*, offering digital access to resources and facilitating easier navigation of library services.
The project reflects the government’s focus on *promoting education, literacy, and skill development*. By providing modern infrastructure, comprehensive collections, and digital tools, these libraries are designed to support academic growth, empower students, and enhance learning opportunities across Andhra Pradesh.
