A Mother Son Daughter Burned in Cylinder Fire incident shocked residents in Patna after a gas leak triggered a sudden blaze inside a small house. The fire broke out while a woman was preparing breakfast for her children.

According to officials, the Mother Son Daughter Burned in Cylinder Fire happened in the Jakkanpur area of Patna. Gas leakage from the stove caused flames to spread quickly inside the room. The mother, Poonam Devi (32), and her two children—Sunny Kumar (14) and Anjani Kumari (11)—got trapped inside and suffered serious burn injuries.

Neighbours rushed to help after hearing their cries. They pulled the gas cylinder outside and controlled the flames before firefighters reached the spot.

All three victims were first taken to PMCH and later shifted to a private hospital in Kankarbagh. Doctors said Sunny suffered about 90% burns, Anjani about 80%, while their mother received around 25% burns. The two children remain in critical condition.

The family is financially weak, and locals have appealed for help with the medical expenses.
