PM Inaugurates Navi Mumbai Airport, Slams Congress Over 26/11 Response

Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the first phase of the Navi Mumbai International Airport, highlighting it as a key step towards the vision of “Viksit Bharat.” He emphasized that the airport and other infrastructure projects would boost economic growth, create jobs, and enhance connectivity across the region.

During the event, Modi also took a sharp dig at the Congress party, questioning why the UPA government chose not to respond militarily after the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks. He said the nation had the right to know who stopped the armed forces from taking action during one of the worst terrorist incidents in India’s history.

The Prime Minister accused previous governments of delaying major infrastructure developments for political reasons, while asserting that his administration prioritizes development as a tool for national empowerment. The newly inaugurated projects are expected to serve as major catalysts for regional and national progress in the years to come.
