The Revenue Employees Strike in Bihar is still going on even after the state government withdrew the suspension of several workers. The revenue and land reforms department asked district officials to cancel the suspension orders and allow employees to return to work.
However, the Revenue Employees Strike in Bihar has not ended. The employees’ union said the protest will continue until the government accepts their main demands. Workers say they want better pay, proper allowances, and clear promotion rules.
The strike started in February when revenue employees began an indefinite protest. Many workers stopped attending offices across several districts. Because of this, land and revenue services slowed down in many places.
During the protest, the government suspended some employees. Later, it decided to withdraw those suspensions. Officials now want employees to rejoin their duties.
Union leaders say the government must first solve their issues. They say the strike will continue until authorities take clear action on their demands.
