Telangana Bureau: Telangana is rapidly positioning itself as *India’s largest Aerospace and Defence hub*, stated Minister Sridhar Babu. He highlighted that the state offers favorable conditions and extensive opportunities for investments in aerospace and defence sectors.
Today, Minister Sridhar Babu met with *Italian industrialists* at the Secretariat, detailing the positive investment environment in Telangana. He encouraged investors to establish facilities in *component manufacturing and supply chains, as well as in **maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO)* operations.
The minister also emphasized opportunities in advanced technologies, including *avionics, radar, and sensor systems, as well as in **new-space initiatives and small satellite sectors. Telangana is prepared to support investments in **modern materials and composites manufacturing* as well.
By attracting both domestic and international players, Telangana aims to strengthen its position as a leading aerospace and defence hub, fostering innovation, creating jobs, and boosting industrial growth across the state.
