The Bihar CM Samrat Choudhary Oath ceremony was conducted by Governor Syed Ata Hasnain at Lok Bhavan. Senior political leaders, party workers, and supporters attended the event. The ceremony signaled the beginning of a new NDA government in the state.
This swearing-in also created history because Samrat Choudhary became the first BJP leader to serve as Chief Minister of Bihar. His appointment shows the growing influence of the BJP in the state’s politics.
Leaders from the Janata Dal (United) received the two Deputy Chief Minister posts as part of the alliance arrangement. Vijay Choudhary and Bijendra Yadav are experienced leaders who have held several key ministerial positions in the past.
