Police uncovered a prostitution racket in Raxaul after raiding a house behind the municipal council office in Raxaul, Bihar. Officers acted on a tip-off and carried out a sudden raid at the location.
During the operation, police caught four women, two men and a minor girl inside the house. The suspects tried to escape when officers entered the building, but the team quickly stopped them.
Investigators believe the prostitution racket in Raxaul had been running secretly from the residential building for some time. The house stands in Ward No. 23 near the municipal office.
Police recovered mobile phones, condoms and other items from the site. Officers will examine the phones to identify customers and other people linked to the network.
