CGC University Founder Chancellor Rashpal Singh Dhaliwal received the prestigious international title “The Father of Education” in Tokyo, Japan. This recognition celebrates his 25 years of dedication to transforming education globally. Dhaliwal has worked tirelessly to make education accessible, affordable, and life-changing for students across multiple countries.
The Japanese government also released a commemorative coin engraved with the title to honor his contributions. The ceremony attracted international dignitaries, including Hiromi Sumi-san from Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, Umesh Nautiyal from the Indian Embassy in Japan, and AOTS representatives Satoshi Mori-san and Yua Suzuki-san. Academic leaders, corporate officials, and members of the Indian community attended, highlighting the global significance of the award.
Addressing the gathering, Dhaliwal said, “Education is not only what we give to students; it is the lighthouse of knowledge we safeguard. Every educator must guide students toward their dreams. My mission is to ensure education reaches all deserving learners, regardless of their background.”
