Tech company Happiest Minds is making significant progress in artificial intelligence (AI) projects, said company founder Ashok Soota. The firm is focusing on AI solutions for businesses and expects growth in this area in the coming years.
However, the company reported a drop in net profit for the third quarter of FY26, down 19.56% to ₹40.30 crorecompared to the previous year. The decline in profit is mainly due to the implementation of the new Labour Code, which increased compliance and operational costs.
Despite the short-term dip in profits, Ashok Soota said that investments in AI and digital services will strengthen the company’s future growth. The firm continues to expand its services in technology consulting, digital transformation, and AI solutions for clients globally.
