After several crowded days, Tirumala reduced rush has brought relief to thousands of devotees visiting the hill shrine. Temple authorities said the crowd levels dropped on Monday morning, making darshan arrangements smoother and reducing waiting times.
According to TTD officials, Tirumala reduced rush was visible at around 8 a.m., with 21 compartments occupied by devotees waiting for free darshan. Pilgrims without tokens may need to wait around 12 hours for darshan. Those holding Sarva Darshan tokens can complete their visit in about three to five hours. Devotees with ₹300 special entry tickets may get darshan within two to three hours.
On Sunday, 90,826 devotees visited the temple and had darshan of Lord Venkateswara. Around 42,747 devotees offered their hair as part of their vows. The temple’s hundi collections reached ₹3.85 crore.
TTD also reported the sale of nearly 3.99 lakh laddus, while 2.73 lakh devotees received Annaprasadam during their visit. Officials continue to monitor crowd levels and provide updates for pilgrims planning their journey.
